What's the difference between day-of coordination and full planning?

Full planning means someone helps you build your wedding from the ground up — vendors, design, budget, timeline. Day-of coordination is for clients who've already made those decisions and want a professional to step in near the finish line to manage logistics, timeline, and flow — so nothing falls through the cracks and you're not the one fielding questions on your wedding day.

When do we meet before the wedding?

We'll have one detailed logistics meeting 2 to 4 weeks before your event to review your timeline, vendor list, venue flow, family dynamics, and priority moments. From there, I handle final vendor confirmations and day-of logistics — you won't need to manage anything.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Dates fill quickly, especially during peak season, so booking early guarantees your date on my calendar.

Do you charge travel fees for venues farther from Weaverville?

Travel within 60 miles of Weaverville, NC is included. Beyond that, a small per-mile fee applies, and venues more than 90 miles from Weaverville require one night of lodging to be covered. I'll always confirm exact travel costs with you before booking — no surprises.

What if our event runs longer than 10 hours?

Your package includes up to 10 hours of on-site coordination. If your day runs longer, additional time is billed hourly — just flag your expected timeline in advance so we're both on the same page.

Do you have a rain plan / bad weather policy?

Yes — during our logistics meeting, we'll walk through your venue's rain plan together, so you, your vendors, and your wedding party all know exactly what happens if weather requires a shift indoors or a schedule change.

What's included if our guest count changes after booking?

Pricing is based on guest count at time of booking. If your count shifts significantly, I'll let you know if it moves you into a different package tier — always with a clear heads-up, never a hidden fee.

Do you help with setup or decor?

Light styling of small personal items (welcome table, guest book, place cards, favors, simple signage) is included. For larger setup needs, the Friends & Family Setup Management add-on covers additional on-site help.
